I teach monthly macaron classes at the gorgeous Miele Gallery in central London. Classes are roughly three hours long and are limited to 10 students per date, giving you a much more intimate and hands on experience.
The classes start with me showing you exactly how to make the perfect macarons – giving you all the tips and tricks you need to ensure success. Then it’ll be time for you to put your new skills to the test and make some delicious macarons for yourself!

There’ll be plenty of nibbles, tea, coffee and soft drinks available to you all night, as well as a glass of bubbly if you fancy it! At the end of the class, you’ll get to take home your tasty creations, recipes from the evening and a few macarons made by myself.
Tickle your taste buds? Classes can be booked above or direct on EventBrite.com
Looking forward to seeing you there!

Been to one of my classes? Let me know what you thought in the comments section below and if you have any photos of your triumphs do post those too!

Congratulations Edd and best of luck with your class. I tasted my first Macaron a fortnight ago (a birthday treat) and now I’m hooked! They are sweet little sandwiches of scrumptiousness. I’m definitely going to have to book a place on your course.
Hey Edd, loved the class and loved the macaroons we made, great success. Loads of friends now want to attend!
Hi Edd,
Random comment I know, and probably one that can’t be answered, but I’ll be in London on holiday (from Australia) at the end of June next year – do you think you might still be running courses then? I’d love to come along to one if you are, as I love baking and it would make for a unique holiday experience!
Alison
Hi Alison,
